- Dumbbells are mounted onto the cradles, so that the user doesn’t have to lift them from the floor (ideal for use with heavy dumbbells).
- Starting mechanism eliminates the need for a spotter, the arms pivot into the correct starting position and fall back once the user presses the dumbbells up.
- Bench is fixed at a 30 degree angle.
