Smith Machines allows users to perform a wide array of exercises such as squats, bench press, rows, seated overhead press, and drag curls. The greatest benefit of the equipment is that it removed the need for a spotter while you exercise because the barbell is attached to the rails. It also grants added stability due to it being connected to the overall unit, resulting in a more comfortable workout.
