New Warranty and Parts Availability Policy for Machines Over 10 Years Old

Key Changes:
· Phasing out obsolete parts: Parts and assemblies no longer used in our current models will cease production, except for specific exceptions (critical parts or legal obligations).
· Conditions for manufacturing obsolete parts: A part may only be manufactured if we have a plan and the necessary components in stock. No engineering or drafting time will be allocated.
· Identification and tracking: An annual analysis will be conducted to identify obsolete parts, with status updates in our systems (Autodesk Vault and BC).
· Communication to customers and distributors: We will regularly inform our customers and partners through our official channels.
· Management of remaining stock: Controlled liquidation of remaining parts, destruction, or recycling of unsold parts.
Actions to Take:
· Production and Purchasing: Ensure current orders comply with the new policy.
· Design and Engineering: Verify the availability of plans and components for any exceptional requests.
· Sales and Marketing: Communicate this policy to customers and distributors.
· Technical Support and Service: Anticipate customer needs and support them through the transition, offering alternatives where possible.
This new policy aims to enhance our efficiency and optimize resource management.
Thank you all for ensuring its successful implementation.
